Is there a Server Status Page?

| Please join the Discord Server for ALL Server Maintenance / Downtime information.

Is there a Referral Program?

| If you have friends or family that would be interested in joining the server, please send me a message on Discord as there are limited spots available.

What If I Want to Cancel?

| Please contact me via email, phone or through the discord server, and I will refund you the remaining months of the year you have paid for.

Is there a Trial Period?

| All new users will be given a 1 week trial period before deciding whether to continue with the service.

What If Suflix goes down?

| If I'm unable to continue running the servers in the future, ALL users will receive refunds for the remaining months of the year they have paid for.
