FAQ Is there a Server Status Page? Please join the Discord Server for ALL Server Maintenance / Downtime information. Is there a Referral Program? If you have friends or family that would be interested in joining the server, please send me a message on Discord as there are limited spots available. What If I Want to Cancel? Please use the "Manage Susbcription" Portal in this email to cancel your plan. You can also contact me on Discord. Is there a Trial Period? All new users will be given a 1 week trial period before deciding whether to continue with the service. What If Suflix goes down? If I'm unable to continue running the servers in the future, your monthly plan will be cancelled automatically.
